From assisting with the set-up of APS training restaurant, The ART(Assumption Restaurant for Training) to sponsoring awards, sharing culinary expertise, providing real working experiences, job placements and opportunities working with renowned chefs.

Today, the partnership has expanded further with Twyst, a SATS Food Solutions venture where our Academy students assemble up to 8,000 paninis a month in our school’s production kitchen, ARK (Assumption Realwork Kitchen) for five Twyst outlets in Singapore.
