Facility Services
Fundamentals of first-line maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems. Working knowledge of assessment and verification of faults, installation, replacement and rectification of parts.
Hospitality Services
Essential knowledge and skills in food preparation, food and beverage service, housekeeping services and customer service. Working knowledge of operating equipment and tools, standard operating procedures and provision of customer service.
